Core Seventy Four (Core74 in short) is a small web-design company from the south of the Netherlands lead by Dave Mommers (also known as Incama).
We do a lot of work in the Open Source corners of the world, specially in web related solutions. It's in our nature to share and help in any way that's possible. Ofcourse we run a commercial business and use this website as a promotion for our activities, but we would also like to make the website a safe haven for beginning web-designers and developers.
Currently we are accepting new design projects.

SDoo was / is an international game clan since 2006. After some time of absence they are back on stage. A new start means a new cms and a new design. It’s the first time I really tried to fully utilize ImpressCMS and with help from their great community I think I achieved my goal.
But what was my goal anyway? Well, we all know how the most gaming sites look like, driven on massive graphics based upon game stories or communities. I ignored this fact by building an environment using text and white/gray spaces. The only real game like visual feature would be the hand drawed Duck which was made by David Wallace (thanks David for borrowing your art).
Have a look at the Sitting Ducks website here!

Chocolatier Coenegracht
For Chocolatier Manon Coenegracht I have developed a small website. Although it’s real basic and small, the setup will surely catch your eye. Made in plain Html and Css with a nice bite of JQuery. You can have a peak here. Special thanks go out to Terri Tu who provided the photographical art!

Graphics or Text
A big mis-understanding in developing or designing websites is that web-designers and or developers think websites are only a success once they contain great graphical “voodoo”. Of course this isn’t true. For instance, look at the main Wordpress website, can you see any graphical elements other than the logo,.,mm,.not really! So what’s the power that makes this website so great? Let me enlighten you a bit, it’s the well chosen (web)font and the positioning of the text.
A well chosen web-font in combination with a well chosen text placement can make all the difference. I will try to make a good looking website using only html & css based techniques without any Photoshop build images. Give me a few weeks and I will try to stun you.

Yotophoto Under Construction
Last seen in February 2008, under construction ever since. Can someone tell me what the state is and if it will return to the net? I really miss it!
